MORE ABOUT GRILL MODES
Achieve steady low and uniquely high levels of heat. Each Grill Mode, reaches a specific heat, allowing you to cook anything you want, with fire.
SLOW & SMOKER MODE
This mode is ideal for slow cooking and smoking. Preparations like Brisket, beef ribs, pork ribs, or even Picanha will be always incredible.
Vertical Insulated Smoker
Enjoy a the Texas flavor staple. Experience great smoking with near to perfect temperature stability for many hours and huge capacity. You only need a boiling water pan, a few wood chunks, and if you want to get to the next level, we recommend using The Smoke Controller as a deflector plate.
Pit-Style Smoker
Another flavorful tradition from the US is the Carolina Pit Smoker. This version of BBQ uses direct heat, no water pan, and a long distance between the embers your food. Your H1 is perfect for this, using the top rack position you will achieve incredible results.
Smokeless Grill
If you need to reduce smoke, this mode is perfect for you. Don’t use wood chunks, and place your food on the opposite side of the charcoal generating an indirect cooking technique. You can also use The Smoke Controller for a perfect and complete indirect cooking chamber.
WOOD-FIRED OVEN AND CHARCOAL OVEN
Roasted whole chicken and turkey, weekend backyard grilling, rices, or even desserts. Using this mode everything is easier.
Charcoal Grill (Kettle/Kamado Style)
Achieve the best grilling experience. Achieve juicer, and crispier textures than ever before, in a fraction of the time.
Wood-Fired Oven
Patagonian wood-fire flavor at your table. Lamb, ribs, whole pork leg,and empanadas are just a few examples of all you can accomplish in this mode. A unique Patagonian experience with the convenience of having stable temperature and a conscious use of raw materials.
Smokeless Charcoal Oven
When using trays or platters the fire will burn completely clean without emitting smoke. If you don’t add a wood chunk you will be able to recreate all the traditional oven recipes from your favorite cookbooks.
BREADS, PIES & PASTRIES
The Baker Mode allows you to elevate your bread baking experience. The extra heat from the H1 will help you master your sourdough loafs, focaccia, pies, and any dough you have baked before.
Professional Baking Oven
The perfect baking oven consist of steam, a stone, and higher temperatures than a conventional oven. Place a boiling pan of water on the bottom rack to generate steam. Place the Keveri Smoke Controller on the middle or top rack position to use it as a baking stone, and the H1 will do the rest.
Dutch Oven
The dutch oven is one of the most consistent bread making techniques. Bake your loaf inside a dutch oven, inside the H1.
Charcoal Grilled Bread
One of the most delicious ways of baking bread is by grilling it. This is ideal for flat breads, achieving a slightly burnt and crispy exterior.
