RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We accept returns only on items purchased directly through Keveri Grills via our website: www.keverigrills.com.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. Before you accept delivery of your Keveri H1 or any other product, please inspect it. If any issue exists, you may refuse delivery. Once you have accepted delivery, you have 30 days to contact us regarding defects, damage or other issues. If you want to contact us please write to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items must be returned in a like new condition, with all the accessories and packaging. Items that are damaged, used, washed or scratched are most likely to be denied a return.
We will only offer refund for items if they are returned to Keveri Grills on a timely basis and are in the same condition in which you received them. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is processed and if your return is approved, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item or ask for credit in our ecommerce.
No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after 45 days of the original date of shipment.
