This dish combines the smoky char of the grill with the fresh flavors of the herbs and topped with a chimichurri sauce. Just follow these easy steps to impress any audience!

PREPARATION:
Step 1:
Fire up the H1 in Classic Grill Mode at 390°F according to the manual instructions or the Masterclass video.
Step 2:
Chop the fresh herbs finely. Put the chicken wings in a bowl, and toss the fresh herbs, salt, pepper, lemon zest, and olive oil.
Let them marinade for at least a few minutes.
Step 3:
Put the chicken wings on the H1 in the middle rack position.
Step 4:
After 20 minutes, flip it and leave it there for 10-20 more minutes.
Step 5:
After the time has passed, take the wings out of the H1, and toss some chimichurri on top.
Cook's Notes:
The Chimicurri sauce is delicius, but also you can make 2 batches with 1 sauce sauce each one, be creative!
