Looking for a delicious way to impress your friends and family? Smoked beef ribs are a must-try! With their rich, smoky flavor and tenderness, these ribs are perfect for gatherings or a laid-back evening at home. You'll impress everyone around the smoker with a few simple spices and a little patience. So, fire up your H1, relax, and enjoy the process of making beef ribs!

Serves 4+

Beef ribs
Salt
Coarse ground pepper.
Apple cider vinegar

SUPPLIES:

10 LB briquets
Wood chunks
The Smoke Controller
Keveri Extreme Heat Gloves
Water pan
Sprayer

PREPARATION:

 Step 1:

Fire up the H1 in Low & Slow Grill Mode at 260°F according to the manual instructions or the Masterclass video.

Step 2:

Start by making the rub, add equal parts of salt and coarse ground pepper to a shaker and then mix.
Add some olive oil all over the ribs, this will help the rub to stick. Distribute the rub evenly over the piece of meat.

Step 3:

Place The Smoke Controller in the bottom rack position, over it set the water pan with hot water. Put the ribs (bone side down) in the top rack.

Leave in the H1 for about 5 hours and 30 minutes.

Step 4:

After 5 hours and 30 minutes, spritz the ribs with a mix of vinegar and water, to keep them moist. Leave in the H1 for 1 more hour.

Step 5:

After 6 hours and 30 minutes, check out the tenderness, the internal temperature should be around 200°F. Remove from the H1 and wrap it up with butcher paper or foil.

Leave it to rest for at least 30 minutes before carving it.

Step 6:

After 30 minutes of rest, unwrap it and slice it.

Cook's Notes:

Smoked Beef ribs are a delicious dish, but their flavor can be enhanced with tasty sides like roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, etc. I encourage you to get creative and create an impressive dish to enjoy with your friends or family.
